Still Getting Charged after Canceling

I am still being charged after canceling my subscription.

If you get a Rokfin charge after canceling your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Settings & Information
  3. Subscription
  4. If your subscription status is Free, you may have a second subscription with Rokfin. It's worth checking your email inboxes to see if you have any Rokfin emails - that can mean that your extra account is registered with that email. 

If you don't have another email address, you likely signed up via Apple, Google, or Facebook login options.
