Subscribers can change their payment method on their Rokfin Account page.
To update the payment method for a subscription:
- Log in to your Rokfin account through a mobile or web browser
- Select Account
- Select Settings & Information
- Under the Subscription section, select Manage
- On the Payment Method line, select +Add New
- Enter your new credit/debit card information. Click Add Card
