How do I cancel my subscription?
Rokfin subscribers can cancel or switch their subscriptions at any time. Please remember that canceling your Rokfin subscription will not delete your Rokfin account.
Cancel my Rokfin subscription
- Log in to your Rokfin account through a computer or mobile browser
- Select Account
- Select Manage under Subscription
- Select Cancel Subscription
You’ll continue having access to Rokfin Premium until your current billing cycle ends, but you will not be charged moving forward. We do not refund or credit for partially used billing periods.
Restart my Rokfin subscription after canceling.
If you’ve recently made a cancellation request but changed your mind, follow the steps below to restart your Rokfin subscription.
- Log in to your Rokfin account through a computer or mobile browser
- Select Account
- Select Manage under Subscription
- Select Reactivate Subscription
